1.Product Description

EI76 Silicon Steel Sheet Low Frequency Transformeris a kind of electronic transformer, which is defined according to the shape of the iron core, because the iron core of the EI transformer is superimposed by the "E" type piece and the "I" type piece, so it is called an EI transformer. EI transformers are generally power frequency (low frequency) transformers (50HZ or 60HZ), power transformers, and some audio transformers are also EI, such as those used in audio.

1. Low energy loss
--Low hysteresis loss: the hysteresis loop of the silicon steel sheet is narrower, and when magnetized under the alternating magnetic field, the energy loss due to hysteresis phenomenon is smaller, which reduces the heating of the transformer operation and improves the efficiency.

-Low eddy current loss: Silicon steel itself has a large resistivity, and EI76 silicon steel sheets are usually laminated in the form of thin sheets, so that the eddy current passes through a smaller cross-section in a narrowly shaped circuit, which increases the resistance of the eddy current path and effectively reduces the eddy current loss.

2. High permeability: silicon steel sheet contains a certain amount of silicon, has a high permeability, can produce a larger magnetic induction intensity in the current coil, the same size of the core can carry more magnetic flux, enhance the magnetic coupling between the primary and secondary windings of the transformer, help to improve the efficiency of the transformer, the performance of the voltage regulation, but also reduce magnetic leakage.

3. Good heat dissipation performance: EI-type core structure is relatively easy to dissipate heat, the heat generated during operation can be more quickly emitted, which is conducive to maintaining a stable working temperature of the transformer, to further ensure its performance and service life.

4. Stable electrical performance: silicon steel sheet material performance is stable, less affected by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, etc., can maintain a more consistent electromagnetic properties under different working conditions, to ensure the stability and reliability of the transformer output, so that the transformer's working condition is more stable, reduce performance fluctuations caused by external factors.
