The basic function of 0R5 surface mount inductors is to transient current and resist it by magnetic field action. When current passes through an inductor, it generates a magnetic field inside the inductor. The impedance of the inductor is proportional to the rate of change of the current, according to Faraday I electromagnetic induction, the self-induced electromotive force of the inductor that is the induced voltage

0R5 surface mount inductors are usually miniaturized so that they can be soldered directly to the surface of a circuit board. The structure generally consists of a magnetic core and copper wires wound on it.
